Chop the onion and mushroom

Fry the onion and mushroom with some sesame oil

Cook the noodles. Mine are soba, so 3 minutes ! 🍜

Drain and rinse the noodles so they stop cooking

Let’s make the soup! Add the veggie or pho stock to boiling water

Add the fishballs

Add 1 table spoon of sesame oil and 3 table spoons of soja sauce

Put the noodles into a bowl and add the mushrooms and onion, and some greens 🌿

Add the soup and fishballs to the noodles!

Add some pepper, coriander and chili flakes and... voilà!
