What you'll need
Cassava Flour
Almond flour
Butter
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Semi-sweet chocolate baking chips
Vanilla Extract
Sea salt
Collagen peptides
Unflavored Gelatin
Swerve Sugar Replacement
Mix all dry ingredients, leave out the collagen and gelatin.

Now mix in milk and butter and a dash of vanilla extract.

Now mix in the gelatin and collagen powder.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes.

Cool the dough off. I placed my mixing bowl in another bowl of ice water to speed this up.

Once dough is cool add sea salt and chocolate chips πŸͺπŸͺπŸͺ.

Eat plain or add to your fav desserts. I store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks.

When you want to eat just microwave for 30 second intervals to soften.
