Flaky Brown Butter Cinnamon Sugar Pancakes
On a well floured surface roll your hot water dough into an 11” disk, rotating to prevent sticking.

Spread the surface of the dough with softened browned butter.

Sprinkle somewhat unevenly with cinnamon sugar. Splotchy is good here!

Now just a small sprinkling of chopped toasted walnuts.

Roll the dough up into a tightly coiled log.

Now coil the log into a spiral shape and press it flat. Set aside while you assemble the rest.

Right before frying, roll the coils into flat 5” disks.

Fry 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
