Let’s make flank steak with olive and artichoke tapenade!
Steak, olives, marinated artichokes, and soy sauce
Make sure your olives have pimento and NO PITS. Mix 1 cup olives + 1/2 cup artichokes
Food process for 20 seconds
Cook for 5-7 minutes per side on a skillet over medium high heat.
Add 3 dashes of soy sauce before flipping
Let the steak sit for 5 minutes and then slice against the grain!
