Flat Iron Steak Recipe
What you'll need
1.5 Pounds
Pound Of beef Steak
3 tablespoons
Unsalted Butter
1 Tbls Season Salt
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
Combine the seasonings, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Season the steaks on both sides with the seasoning mix.
Heat a griddle or flat iron over medium heat. Add the butter. Cook the steaks for 5-6 minutes in each side. Let the steaks rest for 10 minutes.
