Flavor Filled Bacon Egg Salad
Peel hard boiled eggs.

Slice eggs just one way and place in a bowl.

Add chopped cooked bacon, parsley, stone ground mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Use a fork to stir together, breaking up the egg whites some as you do so.
