Melted Butter

Water
Mix all ingredients together: 3 c flour, 1 c water, 3/4 tsp salt & baking soda, 3 tbsp melted butter

Add more flour as needed until the dough is not sticky to the touch.

Pinch of dough into small balls and roll out until thin on a floured surface.

Add more flour as needed to keep the tortillas from sticking. Shake off excess flour.

Cook in a nonstick pan over medium high heat. Flip when the tortilla starts to bubble.

Remove from the heat once the tortilla has started to brown.
