Flourless Chocolate Cake
Firstly, prep the cake tin with baking paper and dust with flour

Melt chocolate with butter for 30-50 seconds in microwave

Whip the egg whites until frothy

Add sugar in 3 parts gradually

Whip until fluffy and stiff (soft-hard peaks)

Add the remaining sugar to egg yolks and beat until pale yellow

Add the cooled melted chocolate to the yolks and mix

Very gently fold in the whipped egg whites in previous mixture in 4 parts

Sift 2 tbsp cocoa powder when folding in egg whites

Pour in the prepped cake tin. Bake for 20-25 mins at 180° in a pre heated oven

Let it cool completely once baked. Use a hot knife the loosen the edges and demould

Use a hot knife to cut pieces
