Fluffy Tamagoyaki (Japanese Omelette)
Put egg,soy milk and salt in a bowl
Mix the ingredients. Try to cut the chunk of egg white with chopsticks to blend well.
Strain the egg mixture through sieve 2-3 times to make it smooth.
Heat tamagoyaki pan over medium heat, pour some oil and wipe off excess oil with paper towel.
1st : pour 1/3 of the egg mixture, break bubbles, when the surface is almost cooked and roll it.
2nd: put some oil, pour half the remaining mixture, lift the egg and pour it under also and roll it
3rd:put some oil, pour the rest, lift the egg and pour it under as well and roll it
