In the meantime get dry ingredients ready FLOUR

Almond Flour (almond meal)

Whisk in the lemon zest

And Vanilla Extract

Sprinkle in the flour mixture

Whisk on low and drizzle in the Butter

Paste consistency (don’t over mix) cover and refridg. for 30min-overnight

Use a small cookie scoop to scoop up the batter

Scoop into a well greased Madeleine pan and bake 7-8 minutes

Golden edges and those little humps

Cool 2 min then flip them out

Dust with powdered sugar or glaze (or both)
