Cut lengthwise all the way through the chicken breast to make thin cutlets.
Prepare freezer bags and label them. Add desired portion of chicken breasts to bags for marinade.
Lemon&Herb: 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp each fresh garlic, thyme, rosemary, 1 tsp salt & pepper
Tequila & Lime: 1/4 cup veg oil, 2 tbsp tequila, 1 lime, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt.
Teriyaki: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp honey, powdered ginger, garlic, onion, pepper.
Salt & Pepper: 1/4 cup oil, 1 tsp salt, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper.
BBQ Rub: 2 tbsp veg oil and 2 tbsp of your favorite bbq spice blend.
Insert bag into food saver set on gentle and use pulse feature to remove air. Then press seal.
