Freezer Meal: Beef Stew
Place your stew meat in a freezer ziploc bag.

Add Lipton onion soup mix, red wine and tomatoes.

Add the potatoes and remove the air. Double bag. You can also add carrots if desired. Freeze.

To cook: Place the frozen stew into the instant pot with 2 tablespoons water.

Cook on manual high pressure for 90 minutes.

When it’s done add salt to taste. Turn on sauté mode.

Make a slurry with 2 tablespoons cold water and 1 heaping tablespoon corn starch. Stir together.

Add the slurry to the stew and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
