Freezer Meal: Carnitas
Place pork into ziploc bags. I am making three different freezer meals with this amount of pork.

Slice an onion into thin slices.

Place the onion into the bag and add 6 cloves garlic, I like to use these freezer ones.

Add salt, garlic salt, oregano, cumin and onion powder.

Zest 2 limes, 2 oranges and the juice of two oranges.

Add chipotle in adobo, remove any air and seal shut.

Write the reheating directions on the bag.

Reheating instructions: Cook frozen meat mixture on manual high pressure for 90 minutes.

Shred the pork with two forks when finished.

Transfer the carnitas to a baking sheet and place under the broiler for a couple minutes to crisp.

Place carnitas in warmed tortillas and top with cilantro, onion and lime juice.
