Freezer Meal: Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
Shred the cheddar cheese.

Shred the pepper jack cheese.

Place the rotisserie chicken in a mixing bowl and add cheeses. Combine.

Add sour cream.

Add enchilada sauce and stir to combine.

Pour sauce into pan and dip the tortillas. Fill with filling and roll to form an enchilada.

Top with extra sauce and cheese.

Cover with freezer paper (shiny side down) and the lid.

Write the directions and freeze.

To reheat: remove paper and place in 375 F oven for 50 minutes covered. Remove lid and broil for 5.
