In the food processor put flour, salt and yeast. Make sure the last two are NOT touching!

Start your processor and add water through the feed tube

Count 20 seconds and check if the dough needs more water or not

Process 25 more seconds (45’’ total) and that’s it!

Put the soft dough in a clean bowl, cover and let proof. I use the microwave (don’t press start!)

Dump onto clean surface, cut and loosely shape each piece. Cover and let rest.

Form the bread into baguettes or batards (thinner or thicker loaves)
