French chocolate Mousse
Melt chocolate. Let it cool slightly

Whisk egg yolks and sugar

Add the melted chocolate to the whisked egg yolks. And keep aside

In another bowl whip egg whites until soft peaks

Take 1/3 of the egg whites fold in to the chocolate mix.

Once incorporated well, fold in the rest of the egg whites.

Spoon in to shot glasses and refrigerate. Top with your favorite toppings and serve cold
