French Onion Chicken & Rice Casserole
In a large bowl mix one box of Wild Rice, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, and a package of Onion Soup mix

Fill the can up with water, pour it into the bowl, and stir well.

Place two chicken breasts in a casserole dish, and cover with the creamy rice mixture.

Top with fresh sliced yellow onions, and the seasoning packet from the wild rice.

Dot with a tablespoon of butter. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.

This is what the casserole looks like half way through the cooking time.

Once the chicken is cooked, shred using two forks.

Stir it up to distribute the chicken evenly.

Top with crispy French onions and bake for another 5-10 minutes.

Serve right out of the dish!
