Cut a large onion in half and peel

Slice Onion thinly

Slice 1 lb of Deli Roast Beef

Cut Hawaiian Rolls in half

Spread 2 Tbsp Horseradish and 2 Tbsp Mayo over bottom half of rolls

Mix 1/2 Tbsp melted butter, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1/4 tsp thyme

Preheat Deluxe Electric Grill and Griddle

Oil Griddle and add sliced onions. Cook 3-4 minutes.

Stir Onions occasionally

Add Roast Beef and 1/2 tsp Thyme. Cook 3-4 minutes.

Stir occasionally.

Cancel cooking when fully cooked.

Transfer meat mixture to bottom half of rolls.

Add Swiss Cheese, or preferred cheese.

Preheat Grill on Custom, 8-10 minutes on 275 degrees.

Transfer Hawaiian Roll Sliders to Grill

Brush butter mixture on top of rolls. Close grill and cook till cheese is melted.

Transfer back to cutting board when done and cut sliders apart.
