French Style Pear Cake
What you'll need
1 Cup
All Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup + top
Sugar +optional Powdered For Top
8 Tablespoon
Butter
3-4
Pears Chopped

Eggs
1 teaspoon
Baking Powder
1 teaspoon
Pure Vanilla
1 teaspoon
Cardamom
1 Pinch Salt
Preheat oven 350* Whisk together flour, baking powder,cardamom,salt in bowl

In separate bowl whisk eggs until foamy

Combine sugar and vanilla with egg mixture

Whisk in softened butter

Combine wet with dry ingredients

Cut and core pears ,these were very ripe and delicious

Combine and fold batter into greased spring form pan

Bake 50-60 min until golden brown on edges,remove spring form and rest on rack 10 min.

Ready to serve sprinkle with powdered sugar
