Take 1 cup of natural almonds and soak in 2-3 cups of water for 4 hours.

Add 5 cups of fresh water to Deluxe Cooking Blender (DCB). Rinse soaked almonds and add to blender.

Set to alt milk and start. It will go for about 5 minutes.

Place nut milk bag in Classic Batter Bowl to strain. Squeeze bag to remove milk.

It yields around 5 cups of finished almond milk.

Optional: add vanilla & agave to taste. Pour into a bottle store in the fridge for 10 days or so.

Place pulp on a stone & place in the oven at 200° for 2-3 hrs. Place DCB on grind for almond flour.
