Fresh Cherry Pie Crumb Squares
Preheat oven to 375° & line Brownie Pan with cupcake liners

2 cups cherries, pitted in the Cherry & Olive Pitter, sliced in the Quick Slice

1 Tbs. Corn Starch

1 Tbs. Lemon juice

add 1/2 tsp. each of Baking Soda & Baking Powder & 1/4 tsp. Salt

Melt 1/2 cup butter, cool to room temp & add 1/2 cup Sugar

Stir to combine then add to flour mixture

Using the Small Scoop place one scoop in each liner

Spread out evenly

Using Large Scoop fill each section with Cherry Filling.

Evenly distribute remaining crumb cake mixture in each section. Sprinkle each with sugar.

Bake in 350° oven for 23 - 25 minutes or until the top is golden.
