Cut open your ripe avocado by running a knife all the way around the pit.

Grab the two halves and turn to open.

To remove the pit attach a sharp knife and give it a twist.

To remove the pit from the knife pinch the back side of the pit and it will pop off.

Mash the ripe avocados with the backside of a fork, leaving some chunks.

Add red onion, lime juice, cilantro, jalapenos, garlic and kosher salt.

Give it all a stir.

Dig in with some tortilla chips!
