Fresh Herb Shrimp Scampi
Coat 1 cup of cooked shrimp with 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning and 1/2 tsp garlic powder.

1 c broccoli, 2 c spinach, 2 cloves of garlic, fresh Italian herbs, and 1/4 c white cooking wine.

Add shrimp to a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.

Add minced garlic, spinach, broccoli, herbs, and white wine to frying pan. Cover.

Let ingredients steam for about 5 minutes. Then finish with a Tbsp of butter.

Serve over 1 cup of brown rice and enjoy!
