Fresh Homemade Cinnamon Rolls & Cream Cheese Frosting
Add warm milk&cream, yeast, and honey to a stand mixer. Stir and let it rest until foamy (5-10mins)
Add melted salted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix on medium speed until combined.
Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and allow it to double in size.
Once doubled in size, dust work surface with flour and roll out the dough.
Rub room temperature butter all over the rolled out dough, then generously cover with cinnamon sugar
Roll the dough tightly. Then slice into rolls.
Place rolls in a greased baking tray. Cover and let them rise again for another 35-40 minutes. Once risen, place cream over each roll.
Mix cream cheese icing(butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla). Slather over baked cinnamon rolls.
