Fresh Spring Rolls with Peanut Sesame Dipping Sauce
the ingredients

make the dipping sauce ~ add hoisin sauce, toasted sesame oil and peanut butter to a bowl

add rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and red pepper flakes

stir and add water to thin the sauce

set the sauce aside

this is a spring roll wrapper

soften the spring roll wrapper in warm water

top the softened wrapper with lettuce, bean threads, carrots, cucumbers, red peppers, bean sprouts and cilantro

fold in the two sides followed by the end closest to you~ tuck the ingredients in as you snugly roll the spring roll

serve the spring rolls with the dipping sauce

spring rolls can be made in advance ~ store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours ~ cover with a damp paper towel
