Add flour and Lane’s Blackening Rub to a bowl and mix. Add 3 eggs and milk in separate bowl and mix

Prepare your catfish. Cut into strips or nuggets

Dry wet dry method. Roll catfish in flour mix, then egg mix, then back in flour mix.

Season with Lane’s Blackening rub and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Add fresh corn, diced red bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, Sorta White, One-legged chicken and mix

In a cast iron skillet add oil 1 inch deep and heat oil to 350. When done internal temp will be 145

Once cooked place in a container with paper towel and season with Lane’s Blackening Rub

Prepare your tacos, add catfish to tortillas and add corn salsa, cilantro, drizzle Sorta White
