First slice the breast how thick you like , I like to slice the big breast to three slices

Apply pressure to flat it little bit

Let’s start prepare the first dipping layer ( flour,corn starch,the spices)and mix them well

In a bowl mix the egg,milk,salt and black pepper mix them well for the second layer

The third layer is the bread crumbs , now the three plates are ready

First flour mix,then egg mix , then repeat for a thick crispy layer and last with the bread crumbs

Set it in the freezer for at least 10 minutes before frying

Preheat the oil till it’s hot , and start frying the chicken, low the heat to Medium

When it’s golden , flip the chicken breast to the other side and Continue frying

And ready crispy and delicious, perfect with macaroni or sandwiches
