Add half packet of National Fried Fish masala to 1/2 kg fish fillet.

Add 5 tbsp of lemon juice.

Add 1/2 cup of National Corn Flour.

Add 1 tbsp of National ginger paste.

Leave it aside for 30 minutes to marinate.

Add the fish in 1/2 cup of oil. Fry until the fish is golden brown on both side.

Serve with your favourite sauces on the side.
