Brownies Ingredients.

Whisk eggs & sugar until light and fluffy (Add Vanilla &/or Vinegar to remove the eggy taste)

Add flour & cocoa and whisk until well mixed.

Add melted butter and stir until incorporated.

Add chocolate chips and mix then pour in a baking pan with baking paper on.

Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes on 325 F.

Frosting Ingredients.

Beat butter, icing sugar and cocoa until well mixed.

Add cream cheese and beat until light and fluffy (about 5-8 minutes).

Spread the frosting on the top once the brownie is cold.
