Fruit Salsa With Cinnamon Sugar Crisps Or Fruity Pizza
In a small bowl combine ~2 tsp sugar and ~1 tsp cinnamon.

Spray tortillas with oil or spread with margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cut into 8 pieces.
Bake at 300F, turning half way, until lightly toasted & crispy.

Wash and chop fruit: oranges or mandarins, peach, grapes, berries, etc... use whatever you like!

Wash and grate apple or pear.

Mix together prepared apple and fruit with a sprinkle of sugar. Serve with crisps.
