Fudgy Black Bean Brownies
Add drained and rinsed black beans to a food processor and pulse for 20 seconds

Add eggs, vanilla, syrup, and coconut oil and pulse for 20 more seconds

Add sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and pulse until brownie batter is mostly smooth

Remove the blade, then stir in the chocolate chips

Pour batter into an 8x8 baking dish, then add more chocolate chips on top

Bake brownies for 20-25 minutes

Wait at least 20 minutes for brownies to cool before cutting
