Garlic Butter Naked Lobster Rolls
In a large pan, melt butter and add in garlic and shallots.

Add in white wine & increase heat.

Stir in lobster meat, lemon zest, and tarragon. Cook to piping hot & sauce is reduced.

Slather softened butter on rolls, inside and out.

Scoop lobster meat and garlic butter sauce into roll that has been toasted.

Serve immediately with drawn butter if desired.
