Garlic Mayo Glazed Turkey

Smash and peel four garlic cloves.

Grate garlic cloves using a Microplane, into a bowl.

Zest one lemon into the bowl with your garlic.

Chop some herbs, I’m using sage, thyme, and rosemary.

Cut your lemon in half, squeeze over a sieve, and sprinkle in salt and pepper.

Scoop out a cup of Duke’s Real Mayonnaise and stir everything to combine.

Line a sheet pan with foil, lay out turkey pieces.

Using a paper towel, pat dry, and sprinkle salt and pepper over top.

Scoop out half of the Garlic Mayo Glaze, and massage into the turkey. Get your hands messy!

Lay turkey pieces in the bottom of your roasting pan. Roast at 425* for 45 minutes, covered.

After 45 minutes, remove the cover, and begin basting with the leftover Garlic Mayo Glaze.

When your turkey breasts have reached 165* internally, remove and let rest for 15 minutes.
