To wheat flour add garlic-onion-green chillies paste, salt,oil, coriander leaves.

knead to smooth and soft dough adding water as required. Roll & roast Parantha with ghee/oil

In a pan heat 3 tsp oil and roast onions, capsicum & other vegetables, Add salt

Saute until the vegetables are cooked. Once done, keep the cooked vegetables aside.

In the pan heat 1 tsp oil, salute chilli powder, garam masala until the spices turn aromatic.

To prepare Puree,blend raw tomatoes, cashew in a blender.Then add 1 cup tomato puree & saute well.

Add water & salt cook tomatoes until it thickens completely,add in roasted vegetables and mix well.

Now cover & cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked completely.Finally add kasuri methi

Finally, enjoy veg kadai with paratha
