Garlic Potato Fritters (Lehsun Batata Vada)
Dry roast the peanuts & dried red chilies

Grind the red chilies into fine powder

Now add the roasted peanuts and garlic, and grind into a coarse paste using 2 tsp of oil

The paste would look something like this.

Slice the boiled potatoes, and apply some of the paste. Now, put the potato halves back together and press

Make a thick batter of garm flour and water. Dunk the potatoes in it to coat them completely

Fry them in hot oil till they turn golden

Take them out and serve with chutney or ketchup
