Garlic Rosemary Lamb Chops With Grapes
Rub chops with salt, pepper,& fav spice blend. I did rosemary & garlic. Marinate 30 min

Heat olive oil and butter in pan over med-high heat

Add some extra rosemary around chops in pan and cook 3-5 min

Add some extra garlic slices around the chops and cook another 3-5 min until cooked through

Remove from pan

Remove any burnt pieces of garlic out of pan and discard

Add the grapes and remaining garlic & rosemary - cook until softened 6-8 min

Add wine and simmer 2 min

Stir in the honey - simmer about 1-2 min and then season with salt and pepper as needed

Serve the chops with the grapes and drizzled with that delicious sauce
