Garlic Sweet Potato Fries w/ Turmeric Walnut Aioli
Slice 2-3 purple sweet potatoes into thin sticks.

In a small bowl mix 1/4c nutritional yeast, 2t dried parsley, 1t garlic powder, 1t salt, and 1t hot pepper flakes.

Add to the sweet potatoes along with 1/4c lemon juice and toss to combine.

Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 450 for 30-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, soak 1c walnuts in boiling water.

Drain the walnuts and add them to a food processor with 6 cloves garlic, 1t turmeric, and 3/4c non-dairy milk.

Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven when they are soft.

Serve the fries with the turmeric aioli and enjoy!
