Garlicky Tuscan Kale
Tuscan Kale (or Dinosaur Kale) is less bitter than curly Kale.

Remove the spine with a sharp knife

Chop into pieces

Wash thoroughly but do not dry

Saute garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp coconut oil

Add damp Kale and sauté until wilted - 3-5 minutes

Delicious and healthy!!
