General Tso’s Chicken
Marinate chicken with egg, cornstarch, flour, soysauce, pepper

Fry the pieces in hot oil in batches, dont over crowd the pan.

Fry till golden brown and cooked inside. Take out on paper towel

Mix soysauce, hoisin sauce, stock, brown sugar and pepper in a bowl

In wok, saute minced garlic and red chillies, add sauces and mix well, let it simmer for 5–10 mins.

Thicken with cornstarch slurry and add fried chicken just before serving

Garnish with sesame seeds& spring onions! Enjoy!
