Gentle Yoga Poses For Healthy Back
Bring one block between lower back and glutes. Change block height as needed for supported bridge.
Set up one block for your back and another one for your neck.
Lay down on the blocks and extend both legs out. Chest up. This is supported fish pose.
Get in tabletop position with wrists in line with shoulders and knees in line with hips.
Inhale look up, shoulder blades together. Exhale look at navel, round your back. This is cat & cow.
Lay belly facing down. Chin to floor. Bring hands close to side of chest, palms down.
Slowly lift chest up, using lower back strength. Legs engaged with toes pointing out. This is cobra.
