Add the white sugar & unsweetened cacao powder and whisk very well

FOLD in the GF flour, salt & vanilla just until they’re combined. Don’t overmix here!

Pour in a well greased SMALL baking pan and bake on 200 degrees celsius for around 15-20 mins MAX!

Voila! They come out super soft and a bit wet in the middle so leave to cool a bit before cutting
