Add all the crust ingredients and mix well (add a bit more oil if the dough is too dry and crumbly)

Place the dough in the refrigerator (30-60 mins)

Meanwhile prepare the filling. Mix well all the ingredients. Then leave to rest for 30 mins

Place half of the chilled dough (or more) on the baking mold

Pour the apple filling on the crust

Crumble the remaining dough on the apples and bake on medium heat until it’s golden brown
