Whisk well the GF flour, GF polenta, sugar, turmeric, baking powder & salt

Add the oil then add the water gradually to obtain a slightly runny batter

❗️Cover and leave the batter to rest for 20 - 30 mins at room temperature

⏱ This is the perfect consistency once the batter is RESTED

Pour in a prepared baking pan (use a wide baking pan not a deep one)

Drizzle a bit of molasses on top for extra flavor and bake on medium heat for 25 - 30 mins

Voila! Wait for the Sfouf to cool completely before cutting and ENJOY!
