Gingerbread Cheesecake on Spiced Wafer Crust
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Mix together melted butter and crushed spiced wafer cookies. Press into bottom of a springform pan.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

Add brown sugar and vanilla extract.

Add eggs one at a time.

Mix in molasses, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.

Pour cheesecake batter evenly into the pan.

Bake in a water bath for 45 minutes. Turn off oven, crack door and let cool inside oven for 1 hour.
