Glazed Apple Cream Pie
Mix sugar, milk & cream over med. heat. Add cornstarch, milk & vanilla, heat until thick. Let cool.

Peel, core and slice apples

Place filling and apples into pie crust. Top with second crust seal and flute edges cut slits.

Bake at 400° for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and apples are tender. Let cool at least 30 min.

Combine sugar, milk, vanilla and softened butter to make glaze. Pour over warm apple pie.

Refrigerate for at least one and a half hours before serving. Enjoy!
