Whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest.

In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, and lemon juice.

Gently fold together ingredients until most white streaks are gone.

Fold in zucchini.

Pour in a greased loaf pan.
