Gluten Free Au Gratin Potatoes
Melt butter in a hot skillet with minced garlic
Add sliced potatoes to the bottom of the skillet and top with heavy cream, gruyere cheese, salt, pepper, cubed butter, and thyme.
Add another layer of potatoes, cream, salt pepper, butter, thyme, and top with shredded cheese
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour, then uncover and bake for 15 minutes to get a golden crust. Serve and enjoy!
