Bananas (Overripe)
3/4 c (1 1/2 sticks)
Butter (melted)

Vanilla Extract

Pecans
Preheat oven to 375

Lightly grease your muffin pan

Measure out all ingredients

Chop pecans

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

Mash up bananas with a fork

Add sugar and mix in electric mixer with whisk attachment for 3 minutes.

Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.

Add dry ingredients and mix just until incorporated.

Fold in pecans.

Spoon mixture into muffin pan. Tap pan on counter to remove air bubbles.

Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes. Stick toothpick in center to test. If it’s clean, they’re done

Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before you turn them out. Enjoy warm or cooled!
