Gluten Free Chicken Tenders: Two Ways
Set up an assembly line of chicken (marinated in avo oil and spices), GF flour/parm, and oat flour/parm.

Put avo oil in pan and turn to medium heat.

Dip chicken into coating (just one ). The reason there are two are for variety. You can do either or.

Add to pan, but do not overcrowd.

When the bottom looks crispy and the top looks white around edges, it’s time to flip.

You can also bake or air fry these.

Enjoy with favorite dipping sauces or add to a salad.
