Measure out the ingredients

Combine the wet ingredients in one bowl.

Add in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips.

Place the batter into a loaf pan with parchment paper, adding additional chocolate chips on top.

Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 60 minutes, turning halfway through.

Let cool for at least 10 minutes, then remove and enjoy!
